About the Transportation Revenue Management Group

NACM Gulf States is proud to host the Transportation Revenue Management Group (TRMG).  NACMGS is a not-for-profit trade association dedicated to protecting the rights of business credit grantors to obtain historical, factual information customer payment history in order to prevent fraud and assure sound business financial health. NACMGS facilitates the legal exchange of trade payment histories and provides a safe, monitored environment for transportation credit and financial professionals to share knowledge between peers and industry experts, enhancing each member representative's access to the tools & resources to make the best possible selling decision for their company.

Primary members of the TRMG must be companies in the freight transportation industry with a membership in the National Air Express & Cargo Group,the National Motor Carriers Group, the National Rail Transportation Group, the National Lessors & Fuel Group or the National Transportation Group. 

Associate membership is open to any individual or company supplying products or services to the trucking/transportation industry in the areas of credit, collections and/or revenue management which is willing to subscribe to and abide by the Bylaws and any other rules & regulations of the TRMG.  The company must be a member of the National Association of Credit Management (through NACM Gulf States or any NACM affiliate) and must otherwise be in compliance with the Bylaws of the Group.

Track B: Demystifying Bankruptcy - Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP
A group discussion of practical information about customer insolvencies. Take the angst out of bankruptcy. Discuss, among other things, how to identify customers in trouble, the players and their respective roles in a bankruptcy case, getting a greater recovery and getting paid sooner in bankruptcy. Also, demystify a) the import of your customer's new "CRO" and his/her role and b) the "prepackaged bankruptcy case. This session is NOT a lecture from a Powerpoint, but is structured to be interactive from beginning to end - come ready to learn from each other and the instructor, discuss your experience and ask questions.

Jeff will present on legalization process and Randy will present information on key critical areas of doing business in Canada. They will also discuss set up of payment process.

Voted the #1 tour in Philadelphia, this is a guided trolly tour, including a stop to run up the famed "Rocky Steps," as well as famous pub and site stops. Alcohol IS permitted on the trolly, as BYOB. The 1:00 start time gives everyone time to grab lunch and your preferred libations before boarding.  "
The only thing better than touring Philadelphia's historic landmarks on one of our tours is touring those landmarks accompanied by a cold beer and bad jokes." Cost is $69 per person, reservations are required.
